Sunday 31st March
On Sunday 31st March the site was strimmed and made ready for the hives.
This was mainly to ensure the slabs were clear. The site is quite lumpy as the field previously had pigs in it which are notorious for churning up the ground.
So the shorter we can keep the grass and see where the lumps and bumps are, the better
